Wine Sisterhood Shop FAQ
Q1. Is my personal data and credit card information private and secure?
A1. Yes, our store is on a secure server that contains the appropriate security certificate. We use a service that provides secure transactions. You can read more about our privacy and security policies on our Policies Page.
Q2. How fast will my shipment be sent out?
A2. You have the option to pay for Standard Ground Shipping (5-7 business days) or 2-day shipping through UPS, our shipping provider. We will do our best to get your items packaged in a day then shipped the following day. See our Shipping Timing and Delivery on our Policies Page. Note that there are exceptions during weekends and holidays.
Q3. What is your return and refund policy?
A3. Within 30 days of original ship date, you can get a full refund to the original payment instrument used. Please mail back the item you are returning with a note explaining the issue and instructions to either exchange or refund. Original shipping costs will not be refunded.
Q4. Do you manufacture the products you sell?
A4. No, we source them from some of our favorite merchants. You can meet some of them in our Behind the Scenes section.
Q5. How can I get the Wine Sisterhood to carry my products in the Wine Sisterhood Shop?
A5. We are very selective but will consider each request that is emailed to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please do not include attached files but do include links to more information and photographs. If we feel it is a fit for our Shop, we will be in touch to request a sample for further consideration. We do not guarantee inclusion in our Shop but appreciate your interest.
